We take great pride in the quality, value and performance of our products and believe that they should offer you trouble-free operation throughout their lifetime.

If you experience problems within the first 30 days from the date of purchase we recommend you return the item to the retailer where you purchased it from. 

After 30 days from the date of purchase you can return the product to ZyXEL for a period up to 24 months from the date of purchase by following our returns procedure.

To validate your warranty and register your product as well as be entered into a monthly prize draw to win £250 of ZyXEL product, simply complete our product registration form.
